Our Messaging System is a great way to get information to you.  By leaving you a message, you will not have to worry about missing a call from us.   When we have information for you, we will leave the information in a message on our Messaging System.  The message left will have all the information you will need about your results, appointments to other doctors or facility, medications, and other questions you have for our staff.  If you need to take any action that will be left for you also. 

To access the system:

• Dial Toll Free 1-866-818-1808
• you will be asked for a provider ID which is 83139
• you will be asked for you patient ID which is 00 then your phone #

       for example:  006471820

Messages are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The recording will be saved on the system for 30 days.

Patient Portal

We offer a Full Patient Portal for all patients.  If you are interested, we can send an invitation to you via your email address.

With the patient portal you can:

• access your actual test results
• access summaries of your office visits
• print out any information available
• send secure messages to our office
• receive secure messages from our office
• receive appointment reminders by email or text message
• online bill pay
• have access to all of this on your smart phone
